The floors in our California home are finally done after a three-week long wait, beginning with their repair and ending with a rich dark finish. Hardwood floors, although beautiful, are not good for water-intensive spaces (bathrooms and kitchens) and our recent toilet overflow proves it. However, now that the floors are done and looking brand new, I’m slowly bringing things from the garage back into the house, only things I really like or have money for. So I have a lot of stuff in my garage that I need to get rid of in the next month to reclaim that space as well.
