One of my favorite things to do to change up my seasonal decor is to cut some foliage outside and bring it in. But it doesn’t last forever, and there’s always the risk of introducing small mistakes inside (trust me, I know). That’s why I also like to have some fake stems that I know will never die and that I can use continuously year after year. I did my research and found the best artificial stems for fall to share with you!
One of my biggest requirements for using artificial legs in our home is that they look realistic. There’s nothing more tacky than using an artificial stem that looks like straight plastic. You want it to look and feel organic and have natural, earthy tones.
AFLORAL Artificial Magnolia Leaves Branch Fall
What initially attracted me to these Magnolia leaves branches It was how big and strong the leaves were. I love a statement stem and these definitely make a statement. It’s the most beautiful brown color with a golden touch that gives it a little bit of shine. At first, I didn’t think I would like the shimmer, but it actually adds a really beautiful dimension and when they’re all put together, you don’t really notice it.
I’ve tried these fake stems in almost every room in our house and they look great everywhere! I couldn’t decide where to put them because I loved them in every room. They ended up in our living room for this shoot, but I moved them to our kitchen because they blocked the TV :-p

WAYFAIR OAK LEAF SPRAY
I was very pleasantly surprised when this was… Oak leaf sprays Arrived in the mail. This is definitely one of the most realistic looking fake fall stems I have ever found. I also love that they come in a pair and each leg has a different color. In nature, leaves have very different colors, and it is quite normal to have a color difference.
The size and shape of the leaves match the size and shape of the oak tree well, and the colors are not too bright, but quite neutral. These were an instant winner for me and I love how they look in our dining room.
Number of stems used: 4 total (comes in set of 2).
Amy Magus Bush from Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby is one of my go-tos for fall fake stems. They also have a beautiful selection of dried flowers that I love using in our home as well. I found this My uncle Magus Bush Stems online and when on sale they are only $7 for one stem! I was pleasantly surprised again when these arrived and the first thing I loved was the colour.
It is a very beautiful maroon color and is different from most other fake stems you see. I also like these papers because they have a different shape than your typical papers. They are more of a flower and I love the feminine feel of them.

WAYFAIR Artificial Foliage Branch
If you’re looking for something a little more subtle and elegant, this is it Artificial foliage branches She is the trunk for you. It is a very beautiful burgundy brown color and has a very organic shape. They come as a set of 3 and are great for the price and would be great on their own or mixed with other stems.
They fall a little loose when you first receive them but I recommend placing them in your vase and shaping them however you like, then spraying them with hairspray. It works like magic!
Number of stems used: 3 (sold as set of 3)
