Andy Warhol’s Soup Collection costume

As a group of 4 people

This has been one of my very favorite outfits ever because it’s so impactful and so simple to achieve. The sandwich panels are made of cardboard and the rest is all about the colours. To get the letters super accurate, we used a Cricut machine but you can always draw them directly. Watch the full tutorial with links here.

Fashion tv icons set

Turn your collection into a living tribute to your favorite TV or movie characters. Go all out with costumes like the Ghostbusters, the Scooby-Doo gang, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or even the characters from Stranger Things. You’ll have a great time remembering your favorite shows and movies while turning heads at every turn.

Rainbow ghosts

The year we made a rainbow pumpkin was the year we had to try the classic rainbow ghost. My biggest takeaway on this is to make sure your sheets are made of cotton so they can absorb the dye easily!

Vintage Clown Collection Costume

Building on the release of our fabric collection, we’ve added a few simple accessories to transform our team clothing into a team uniform. This will be easy if you don’t have a lot of time but still want to celebrate. See the full post here.

Alice in Wonderland costume set

Our family costumes are some of my favorites ever. Alice in Wonderland was no exception. I loved the idea of the walrus, the rabbit and the rest falling into place. There are many unique characters in this book that could be perfect for a larger group. See the full post here.

Costume set Where the Wild Things Are

Wild Things Family Costume

The Where the Wild Things Are costume is still my favorite of all time. I’m not sure we can ever get over it! This would be perfect for a family, and if you need more characters, add as many wild things as you want. See our tutorial post here.

Breakfast Club outfit

Who can resist the magic of breakfast foods? Transform your spread into a delicious breakfast feast with outfits like bacon, eggs, pancakes, and waffles. This deliciously quirky idea is sure to make everyone smile and crave their morning meal.

The day the crayons stopped

The Day the Crayons Quit is one of Jasper’s favorite books and makes a great costume for kids especially since the elements are so simple. Just basic pajamas (see tutorial post with links here) and a DIY coloring hat, a popular tutorial in our store.

Like a group of tortured artists

The tortured artists costume was a labor of love and one of the best things we’ve ever done. Imagine all your favorite artists in one place. We’ve recreated the Mona Lisa, Picasso’s The Sad Guitarist, Van Gogh, Georgia O’Keeffe, Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Birth of Venus, Frida Kahlo and more.

Picasso and painter set costume

Picasso and painting

Speaking of Picasso…this Picasso, mother and painter costume can’t be beat. I have a whole collection of mommy and me costumes if you need more ideas there!

Like a band of famous musicians

If you and your friends are music fans, why not pay tribute to legendary bands and musicians? Dress like The Beatles, Queen, ABBA, or any other famous music group. You can also go solo and have each person act out a different member of a famous band.

Monster mash-up classics

One timeless group costume idea is to channel classic movie monsters. Think dressing up as Dracula, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, the Mummy, and a werewolf. Each person in your party can embody a distinct monster, adding a unique touch or modern touch to the characters. With some creative makeup and fashion skills, you can transform into the ultimate mash-up monster!

Halloween is all about embracing your imagination, and group costumes provide a great opportunity to do just that. Whether you choose to go classic, contemporary, or completely out of this world, the key to a successful group costume is teamwork, creativity, and a healthy dose of Halloween spirit. So, gather your friends or family, brainstorm outfit ideas for your favorite group, and get ready to have an amazing time on October 31. Remember, the best outfits are the ones that put a smile on your face and leave lasting memories with your loved ones. happy Halloween!
