Pumpkin Smoothie – A Beautiful Mess


This smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie and is a great treat! if I were Latte coffee with pumpkin scent Man, you have to try this recipe. They’re packed with nutrients and protein and perfectly convenient for the start of the fall season.

This pumpkin smoothie is made from blended pumpkin puree, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon. It will be your favorite smoothie recipe for fall.

Ingredients in Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • Frozen banana – the base of almost every smoothie recipe I post.
  • Pumpkin puree -You can get this in a can and use it to make many smoothies.
  • Greek yogurt with vanilla -I always use Greek yogurt because it is higher in protein, but you can use any yogurt for this recipe.
  • Milk -I used almond milk.
  • honey -For more sweetness.
  • Vanilla extract -For more flavour.
  • cinnamon I used ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick for decoration.
  • Pumpkin spice – Just a pinch!
  • whipped cream -Optional decoration item. I like it because it makes it look like a pancake.

You will need a blender to complete this recipe. My favorite blender is mine Vitamix blender. My favorite (most affordable) option is this one Ninja blender.

In a blender, combine milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, honey, frozen banana, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.

Mix well until completely smooth.

Pour into one large cup or two small cups.

Add whipped cream to the top and sprinkle pumpkin spice for garnish. Enjoy!

Tips for making

  • You can use pumpkin spice and cinnamon interchangeably for this recipe if you only have one at home.
  • Mason jars (with handles) These are my current favorite juice and drink cups. I use it all the time. You can see it here in my cherry juice recipe.
