Fast Pasta Napoletana! One of the most famous tomato based sauces. You won’t believe so easily. In just 20 minutes you have an easy dinner. Don’t worry I got you for your date night.

Q. Time 5 minutes

cooking time 20 minutes

  • 500 Gr the pasta (your choice)
  • 330 Milli Tomato juice
  • ½ the carrot to cut
  • 1 onion to cut
  • 200 Milli the water
  • 5 leaf mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Get a pot and add water. Add salt and bring it to a boil.

  • Take a second pot and add a bit of olive oil and let it heat on medium heat. Add carrots and onions, salt and pepper. Cook until they start getting “soft”.

  • Add tomato juice, water, sugar and basil. Let it cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. Stir frequently.

  • Add your pasta to the first bowl while your sauce is cooking. Cook for 6-7 minutes. (You will cook an additional 2-3 minutes in the sauce). Drain the pasta.

  • After 15 minutes of cooking the Napoli sauce, add it to a blender. Crush until smooth. (You can always strain it to avoid any uncut chunks from the blade). Add the sauce to a pan with the pasta.

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is combined with your pasta and has a nice creamy glaze. You want the sauce to pierce it.
