World of Warcraft Hardcore Classic Live Guys!! This game inspired me again! This is the McGrath Burger. Hardcore food for our hardcore journey.

Mak’Gora Burger

Inspired by the World of Warcraft classic hardcore, I present to you the MakGora Burger.

Q. Time 10 minutes

cooking time 20 minutes

  • 1 Burger bun (Homemade Brioche)
  • 300 Gr Ground beef
  • 150 Gr Cheddar cheese
  • 5 Pickle Roasted Chili
  • 3 strap bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potatoes
  • Start by forming 2 patties of 150g each.

  • Add 100gr of cheddar cheese to the center and gently stir to form a large stuffed patty. Make sure you don’t leave any lumps around the edges so that the cheese doesn’t splatter while cooking.

  • Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook your patty to desired doneness. Remember to add the remaining cheddar to it 2-3 minutes before removing it from the pan. Then let it rest for about 3 minutes.

  • Beam the pickles for the pepper sauce and then toss in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. Stir well until a smooth result and refrigerate until the burger is assembled.

  • Place a baking sheet in an oven pan and place the bacon strips on it. Cook in the oven at 190℃ for about 20 minutes or until they are crispy. Let them cool for about 1 minute and then finely chop them. Add them to a bowl until combined.

  • Fry at 160℃ for your crispy potato “shoe strings”. Take a large potato and wash it very well. Start by slicing the potatoes into thin slices about 1-2mm thick. Then cut those slices into very thin strings. Fry until golden brown then drain them and add paprika and salt.

  • Finally slice an onion thinly and assemble this beauty. Toast the buns and spread the pepper sauce on them, you go with the onions as the first layer of the burger, followed by the cheesy patty and bacon sprinkles on it. Top it up with golden potato chips and BOOM!! There you have it!! I hope you will enjoy.
