I was originally going to make a list of all the different school supplies your student might need for back to school, but I’ve realized that every school and every student is different.

you will need:
Start by downloading the PDF to a folder on your hard drive where you’ll be able to easily find it later. Then print out the back to school checklist on high-quality printer paper — one for each child. I prefer to use the best quality setting on my printer so that the PDF prints clearly.
Fill out the checklist (or have your student fill it out!) with all of the items he or she will need for the upcoming school year. Keep the checklist safe in a binder or folder until all back-to-school shopping is done. Every time you buy an item, check it off the list. Doesn’t it sound good!
