Ingredients:

  • 1 canned chickpeas
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 oz balsamic fig vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar (2 packets)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Roughly chop 1 clove of garlic

,Prepare Caramelized Onions:

1. Place a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil

2. Add the thinly sliced ​​onions to the pan and stir to coat in the oil

4. Add the salt and sugar to the pan and stir well to combine with the onions

6. Add 1-2 ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth

7. Transfer to a bowl
