How to make place card holders

Allocate a time: 5 minutes for each place card holder

  1. Remove the inner hoop from the embroidery hoop; This is the piece that will make up your wreath. Choose two antennas of different sizes. Cut a length of embroidery floss.
  2. Weave the embroidery floss through the tendrils of the air plant so that the floss is hidden. Wrap the embroidery floss around the hoop so that the air plant is attached to the hoop.
  3. Tie a double knot in the embroidery floss at the back of the hoop to secure the air plant.
  4. Repeat the process with another air station, right next to the first station on the hoop.
  5. Cut a small rectangle out of cardstock and make a hole in the upper left corner. Use a paint pen to write your guests’ names, one on each piece of cardstock.
  6. Cut a short length of embroidery floss and pass it through the hole in the cardstock. Tie the string around the back of the garland to secure the name to the wreath.
  7. Then just place these place card holders on your dining table to celebrate!
