Tissue paper roll for Valentine’s Day gift wrapping

Take an empty paper towel roll and cut it in half.

On the outside, tape the crepe or tissue paper so that it is completely rolled up and there is about 2 inches of excess on both ends. Tie one end with baker’s twine.

Insert your candy or trinkets into the tube at the other end, then tie that end as well. Leave the little roll filled with sweets for your sweetheart to find!

You can make a batch of these for Valentine’s Day. They’re also very reminiscent of our Valentine’s Day crackers!

Use drawstring bags for simple Valentine’s Day gifts

Get some fabric or muslin bags from your local craft store.

Pick up some craft paints in your Valentine’s Day palette and draw small brush strokes in a pattern on the bag. Let the paint dry completely and fill with chocolate or candy!

This would be a great valentine for teachers, bus drivers or mail delivery people.

It’s easy to transport and you can keep your goodies inside nice and safe.

Valentine’s Day gift wrapping in the shape of Cupid’s arrow

You can find these Small heart boxes In most craft stores now! Use craft paint to paint the box in one or two Valentine’s Day shades.

Take a paper straw and cut it into pieces to make a small arrow. Use the glue gun to glue the arrow pieces together and then to the box.

Fill the box with some stuffing and then place the candy inside. Who doesn’t like this?

These heart boxes would also be a great way to present a few petit fours or champagne truffles – yum.

Surprise gift for the mailbox

This is great because you can create a whole bunch of them quickly and easily!

Add some lines of washi tape to the glass bag. On a small clothespin, draw a small Cupid’s arrow with a pen or paint it with a small paintbrush.

Fill the bag with candy and use a clothespin to close it. so sweet!

This would be great for teachers: Add a gift card or thank you note and make it for all of your kids’ teachers.
