Magazine Mosaic Flag

supply

  • 4″ x 6″ piece of thin cardboard cereal box, notepad, etc.
  • white acrylic craft paint
  • magazine
  • Scissors
  • string
  • glue stick
  • hot glue gun or instant grab glue

Instruction

  • Paint the cardboard with white paint and let it dry completely.

  • Cut the red, white and blue parts from the magazine into small square pieces.

  • Apply a stick of glue to the top of the cardboard and press the blue squares in the top left corner. Add stripes with red and white squares.

  • Tie a piece of rope to the back of the flag by knotting it with hot glue (parents should have a glue gun handy).
