You know Valentine’s Day is coming when grocery stores start carrying bags Conversation Heart. You may have noticed one or two of these changes conversation heart wreath, and I’m going to show you how to make it. It’s easy, but it takes about an hour. To make this wreath you will need:

There are two steps to making a conversation heart wreath:

  1. Glue conversation hearts to the front/visible part of your wreath form.
  2. Tie a ribbon in the front.

Boom.

Done.

This cute candy heart wreath is a fun project for adults and teens. Kids can definitely make this candy wreath too, but as I told you to do Use glue gun. So use your best judgment as to whether or not your child is ready to use hot glue, and I recommend parental supervision.

some quick tips

  1. This conversation is floral No Food.
  2. If you’re concerned about the elements, spray the finished wreath with an acrylic sealer. Allene’s Clear Matte Acrylic Sealer Is a great option. This will also help prevent bugs from being attracted to it.
  3. If spraying sealer on a wreath, make sure the nozzle is at least two feet away from the wreath and spray into Thin Coat.
  4. I use extra long glue sticks so I don’t have to refill as often, I had to use 5 sticks. i use one too hot glue gun stand, You can use regular craft glue but it will take much longer to dry. As the candy hearts slide around, you’ll also have to be prepared to constantly push them into place. I suggest just using a glue gun instead.

  • 2 Bag Conversation Heart Candy
  • 16- inches wreath form
  • hot glue gun
  • glue sticks
  • pink Ribbon

Instruction

  • Glue the hearts as close to each other and in the same direction around the wreath as possible.

  • The heart should cover all areas of the wreath, except the back which will remain on the door.

  • Tie ribbon around the bottom of the wreath and tie like a bow.

  • hang.
